High purity dimer acid can be used to synthesize ink polyamide resin, polyamide resin, epoxy curing agents, synthetic polyamide hot melt adhesive, and used metalworking oils, semi-synthetic or fully synthetic cutting fluid. 


In summary extensive use dimer acid, mainly for the production of polyamide resins, lubricants, anti-rust oil, adhesives, coatings, surface active agents, food additives, corrosion inhibitors, specialty lubricants, adhesives, plastics printing inks. For gasoline and diesel fuel additive for synthetic lubricants, widely used in coatings such as alkyd, polyurethane coatings.
