Polyamide resin is a polycondensation polymer compound with a CONH structure in the molecule. It is usually obtained by polycondensation of a dibasic acid and a diamine. The most prominent advantage of polyamide resins is that the range of softening points is particularly narrow, unlike other thermoplastic resins, which have a gradual curing or softening process, which causes rapid curing when the temperature is slightly lower than the melting point. Polyamide resin has good chemical resistance, can resist acid and alkali, vegetable oil, mineral oil, etc. Because it has polar groups such as amino, carbonyl, and amide groups, it has good adhesive properties for plastics such as wood, ceramics, paper, cloth, brass, aluminum and phenolic resins, polyester resins, and polyethylene.

The combination of polyamide resin with nitrocellulose, aldehyde and ketone resin and other raw materials can improve the gloss, adhesion, pigment wetting, printability, color retention and solid content of the system, which can reduce the freezing point of the polyamide resin, so that The ink is not easy to freeze when stored in the winter, thereby expanding the application range of the ink. Because it is non-toxic and odorless, it can be used to produce food packaging inks.
