SH 210 is a universal emulsifier-free hydroxyl acrylic copolymer emulsion for used in 2K PU systems that develops very good film with the addition of a certain amount of water-dispersible isocyanate crosslinkers at room temperature or under mild curing conditions.
This product has some special properties, such as good flow and wetting properties on wood or other substrates with low foaming tendency.
The formed film after curing has features of good transparence, excellent hardness, and outstanding water, household chemicals resistance.
SH 210 can be used as topcoat of wood coatings, PU floor coatings, auto refinish coatings, adhesion and texture in 2K PU systems.
Formulating guidelines:
The hydroxyl group of SH 210 is about 2% by weight. The recommended weight ratio of SH 210 to water-dispersible isocyanate crosslinkers (such as SH 210with about 22% –NCO group by weight) is (8-10) : 1.
